Would you like to see your potential holiday home on site? You can! During a viewing, you can get to know the resort, the extensive facilities, the holiday home in which you are interested and the beautiful surroundings of the resort. You are more than welcome to spend a trial night at one of our resorts. We would like to tell you more about how a viewing works.
How does a viewing work?
Are you looking for a holiday home in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France or Spain? We would like to welcome you at one of our resorts so that you can get to know your potential holiday home, the resort, the facilities and the surroundings. And one of our sales advisers will be available to answer all your questions.
Who is a viewing suitable for?
Our viewings are suitable for people who are in the orientation phase and for people who have already made a choice but wish to view their potential investment property. We will be happy to discuss your requirements beforehand, so that you can view your potential holiday home, the resort and the surroundings. Together we will find a holiday home that fits your preferences for country, resort and property type, your budget and whether you want to have a holiday home mainly for your own use, as an investment or a combination of the two.
What can I expect during a viewing?
A viewing is the ideal way to get to know your potential holiday home on site. You can spend a trial night in your chosen holiday home and experience the resort’s facilities and the regional food. You will also get a guided tour of the resort and the sales adviser will answer all your questions. During a viewing, you can also explore the resort’s surroundings. We will be happy to give you tips about what you can see and do in the area!

We look forward to welcoming you at one of our resorts for a viewing. In most cases, you can travel to our resorts on your own. In some cases we will book your flights and your transport from the airport to the resort. Let us know which holiday home you wish to view, and we will discuss the options with you. After that, all you need to do is pack your bags. We will make sure you can spend a carefree trial night in one of our high-quality holiday homes.
Why would you want to view a holiday home?
By spending a night in your potential holiday home, you can get a feel for the atmosphere of the property and the resort. You will also be able to use the different facilities the resort has to offer, like a wellness centre, a restaurant or a swimming-pool. This is also an excellent opportunity to get to know the surrounding area. All our resorts are based at a location with much to offer and where there is something to suit everyone.
